As a member of the Boy Scouts, everyone should take pride in how they look.The Scout Uniform is an indication to others that the scout is part of the greatest organization in the world that helps the community, encourages leadership and advancement, provides learning and fun experiences not available anywhere else.
All scouts are required to wear a complete scout uniform to all meetings, and in addition, to and from all campouts and Summer Camp. Camoflage clothing and open-toed shoes and muscle shirts are not permitted as casual wear at any time. When wearing scout shorts, official scouting socks must be worn as well. Official scout socks are not required when wearing scout pants. Scarfs are optional but will be required for a Scoutmaster’s Conference and Board of Review.
