Here's what's happening:
The next regular Troop 45 meeting will take place on Wednesday, March 17th at 730pm.
NOTE THE FOLLOWING CHANGE IN THE MARCH CAMPOUT FEE
EACH SCOUT AND PARENT GOING ON THE MARCH 19-20-21 CAMPOUT AT LOST LAKE WILL NEED TO PAY AN ADDITIONAL 5 DOLLARS. PLEASE BRING THE MONEY TO THE WEDNESDAY NIGHT MEETING. THIS ADDITIONAL CHARGE (BRINGING THE TOTAL WEEKEND CHARGE TO $30 PER PERSON) WILL PROVIDE ALL MEALS, SAVE ON THE COSTS OF BRINGING THE TRAILER AND ELIMINATING THE NEED TO BUY FOOD. ***********Eagle Scout Project Information************
Life Scout, Tom Lee, is working on his Eagle Scout Project. This is a clothing drive for the children and teenagers who suffered and lost everything in Haiti as a result of the earthquake. Please consider donating slightly new or gently used summer clothing (t-shirts, shorts, skirts and sandals.) There will be a donation box at every meeting near the entrance, through March 17th. Thank you very much for your donations!!!!!
SUMMER CAMP 2010....CAMP GREILICK...JULY 18--24. A $100 deposit is now due.
BOTH PAYMENTS CAN BE BROUGHT TO THE SCOUT MEETING ON MARCH 17TH.
Troop 45 welcomes all parents on weekend campouts. Gear will be provided if needed. All you need to do is to fill in a permission slip and pay the campout fee...that's it.
